The Fiesta's dining, in particular, is worthy of attention. With 11 different food stations, a coffee bar and a range of tastes ranging from Chinese to Italian, it's small wonder that the 600-seat Festival Buffet is usually filled to capacity. The Old San Francisco Steakhouse serves lean Texas beef and live Maine lobster as the celebrated "Girl on the Red Velvet Swing" performs over the bar. Several other restaurants, an ice-cream parlor, a bakery and a lounge maintain the Fiesta's standard of excellence.

And it probably goes without saying that the 50,000 square-foot casino, with its 1,200 slot and video poker machines, has seen more than its share of Royal Flushes. This capital is worth a long visit.
