The African theme of the Reserve is wholly encompassing, from the giant murals to the ambient animal sounds emanating from almost every corner of the 37,000 square-foot casino. Life-sized sculptures of wild animals adorn the gaming floor. Mist falls gently on the corrugated iron roof in Monsoon Mary's lounge, while a literal "Wall of Fire" burns in the Wildfire Steaks and Seafood Restaurant. A gorgeous painted sky, ripe with clouds like those one would see over the Veldt, seals the illusion. Of course, there are some very real amenities here, as well.
